- Understand the Hedgehog Concept and how it can be applied to goal setting
- Recognize the characteristics of SMART goals
- Identify actions that could inhibit you from staying on track with goals
- Identify strategies to turn goals into habits
Presented by Shairose Lalani who has over 20 years of professional experience helping individuals and organizations work toward their aspirations. Shairose has a Bachelor of Science Specialization degree from the University of Alberta, and has taken further training from the Ivey School of Business and Queen’s University. With a background in psychology, human resources, facilitation and organization development, Shairose has supported leaders and teams across a variety of industries. Shairose’s current clients include the City of Edmonton, Blanchett Neon Ltd., Rotaflow Controls, Strathcona County and the Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority.
