Country Signs is growing again!

Located 45 mins north of the GTA, in Tottenham.

For over 35 years, Country Signs has been the leader in new construction and refurbishing of gas stations across
Canada. We provide a one stop shop for our customers including but not limited to full installations, repairs, and
service. We pride ourselves on doing whatever it takes to satisfy the customer with a ‘can do’ mentality. We are
currently looking for a dedicated, hard-working individual to join our team and be an ambassador for Country
Signs.

The “Graphic Designer” individual would work along side the other Graphic Designers, as well as work closely with
Project Mangers, Chief Development Officer, and the Sign Production Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design custom graphics, media, and branding for all customers.
  • Create detailed and professional concept renderings as needed.
  • Create and/or modify drawings from customer(s) or out of our library of sites.
  • Collaborate with Installers and Project Manager(s) to redesign and create field documents that are more legible and functional.
  • Read and correctly interpret structural, engineering, and specific drawings as required.
  • Accurately transfer information from surveys, drawings, and specifications to produce complete branding, production art, permit, and installation binders.
  • Produce artwork used to apply for permits throughout Canada.
  • Provide input as needed on special projects and branding rollout.
  • Modify Google Maps images.
  • Work with vendors and suppliers as needed to ensure the transfer of accurate information.
  • Work with vendors and suppliers as needed on new designs for the customer.

Requirements for this position:

  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design.
  • At least 1-3 years’ experience working in the Sign Industry
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented.
  • Ability to use Google Maps to acquire visual and directional data.
  • File management
  • 3-5 years of experience is an asset but not required.
